Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms govern your use of the Presida website and services. By requesting a sample, engaging our services, or using this site, you agree to these terms.

What Presida provides

Presida provides professional review response and reputation care support, including review monitoring, response drafting, approval-based posting, and related reporting. Presida is a communication service.

What Presida does not provide

Approval and responsibility

All public replies are subject to client approval before posting. By approving a draft, the client authorizes Presida to post it publicly on the client's behalf and accepts responsibility for the approved content. Clients should review drafts carefully, particularly where their industry involves confidentiality or regulatory considerations.

Platform access

Where the client grants Presida manager access to a Google Business Profile or similar platform, that access is used solely to post approved responses and review public review activity. The client may revoke access at any time.

Billing

Monthly plans are billed in advance and continue month to month until cancelled. Either party may cancel with notice effective at the end of the current billing period. One-time services (such as the Review Cleanup Pack) are billed per engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presida's total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. Presida is not liable for the actions of review platforms, reviewers, or third parties.

Intellectual property

Once posted with client approval, response content belongs to the client. Website content, branding, and materials on this site belong to Presida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
